European Communications is delighted to present the second annual report into the world of telco managed services.

The cornerstone of the report is a survey into the latest trends. For example, we want find out which managed services operators in Europe are looking to acquire in the future and what they think the main benefit will be.

Are operators engaging in more deals than 2013?

In our last report into the space 12 months ago, a majority of operators said they were happy with the level of differentiation provided by the vendor community; however, with several high-profile companies continuing to scale back their involvement in the managed services space, will operators have changed their tune?

The results of the survey will be published in our Q4 magazine out in November. The issue will feature exclusive interviews, plus a look at how to structure an operator team to successfully execute a managed services contract, as well as a checklist of things operators need to tick off when selecting a vendor.
