European Communications' latest quarterly survey looks at content monetisation.
Monetising the content that opertators are increasingly providing to their customer is of critical importance.
With customers consuming ever more content and expecting to do so on multiple devices, operators have a number of difficult questions to ask themselves.
- Is content a differentiator and should they create, distribute or provide access to it?
- What is the best overall business model?
- What type of content do customers want and what, if anything, are they willing to pay for it?
- What are the best access and distribution solutions?
All these issues and more are tackled in the survey.
The analysis of the survey results, which will be accompanied by comment and opinion from leading analysts, will appear in the Q1 issue of European Communications magazine, available in February and distributed at Mobile World Congress.
