A new global partnership agreement has been struck between Telefonica Global Solutions and Samsung, with the aim of supporting end-to-end service delivery for consumers.
Pre-sales, bid management, products and services, world-wide project development, management of devices, general operations and customer services will all be covered by the new agreement between the companies.
The deal will also focus on marketing and sales cooperation, with particular attention paid to operational processes, commercial collaborations and tracking protocols.
Commenting on the agreement, Juan Carlos Lopez Vives, head of Telefonica Global Solutions, said: "This is an exciting partnership and underpins seamless and innovative service delivery globally to MNC customers. Samsung's solutions for corporate customers are a good fit with our products and services."
The senior vice-president of Samsung's Enterprise Business Team, BumCoo Cho, added: "While Telefonica has remarkable access to global enterprise customers, this partnership will deliver a new and innovative customer experience, along with clear business case fundamentals, which is yet to be seen in the market."
