Subex completes merger of Azure Solutions
Subex Systems, the Bangalore-headquartered telecom software product company and UK-headquartered Azure Solutions have today announced the completion of their previously announced merger. The new entity is called Subex Azure Limited.
"This merger is a big step in augmenting Subex Azure's strategic business focus to help telcos establish the Revenue Operations Center (ROC) through an integrated suite of best-of-class solutions.
