Orange Business Services has appointed Helmut Reisinger as its new Executive Vice President as part of a management shake-up in Europe and the Americas.

Reisinger (pictured), who previously led the unit’s Europe, Russia & CIS region, will now be in charge of the company’s international business in all regions except France.

Former Vice President of Sales and Marketing Europe, Anne-Sophie Lotgering, will step into the spot left by Reisinger.

Meanwhile, Diana Einterz has been appointed Executive Vice President of OBS’ French Major Accounts after eight years serving as Senior Vice President, Americas. Mark Kenealy, former Manager UK & Ireland, will take up Einterz’s previous role.

Thierry Bonhomme, CEO of Orange Business Services, said the internal restructuring would allow the company to better support global customers undergoing digital transformation by offering a “dispersed, multicultural workforce.”

Bonhomme commented: “Our global customers continue to expand into new markets for growth opportunities, and they rely on us to support them wherever their business takes them – through any business challenge and with no boundaries.

“Our newly streamlined international organisation will enhance collaboration across all regions and deliver even greater and faster service to our customers with customer-centric teaming.”

OBS is currently struggling somewhat in the digital services game: with the bulk of the company’s turnover still tied to legacy communications services, Bonhomme recently admitted that return to growth was at least five years away.

Its most recent financial results saw sales at the unit down 3.1 percent in the first half of 2014.
