O2 UK’s Head of Customer Service will headline European Communications’ annual customer experience seminar next month.

The free-to-attend, half-day event takes place on 22 March in London. Click here to register your place.

Mark Gait will discuss how the Telefónica-owned business continues to outperform its rivals when it comes to customer experience.

Last month, UK regulator Ofcom ranked the operator as the top customer service provider in the mobile industry for 2015.

Gait will be joined by a host of other experts from the customer experience arena.

Jo Causon, CEO of the Institute of Customer Service, will discuss why the telecoms industry still performs poorly versus other sectors and what it needs to do to improve.

Vincent Rousselet, Vice President of Market Insight and Strategy at Amdocs, will analyse what “going digital” actually means for consumers and for service providers when it comes to customer experience.

Rod Sheriff, Founder and CEO of in-gage, will outline how telcos can reframe the service centre discussion in the executive team to drive value.

Finally, Editor Marc Smith will outline the key findings from European Communications’ fifth annual customer experience research.

The thought leadership seminar takes place at Grange Tower Bridge Hotel from 9am-1pm.

It offers a great opportunity to hear from industry experts and network with peers.
