Videos of the presentations, featuring keynotes from Arthur D Little, Transform UK, CCS Insight and Tektronix Communications, are now available to view.

The half-day event brought together a range of interested parties from the telco community to discuss the latest best practice in customer experience.

The presentations focused on the strategic importance of customer experience, how to provide a best-in-class 4G LTE experience, lessons learned from other industries plus how to take a customer experience approach to monetising the network.
